3 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit only on items in their original condition within 3 days from time of shipment (except on Sale items which are Final Sale). Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. We do not offer refunds at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sunala does not offer price adjustments on sale items.
HOW DO I RETURN?
All returns require pre-authorization. Please follow the instructions for sending your return back to SUNALA.
- Please send us and e-mail to email@example.com with your order number and name.
- Please tell us the reason you would like to return.
- We will send you an mail with our international or national address where you can send us the package.
- Send us the package between the next 3 days. Remember to keep your tracking number!
- Please allow up to 5 business days for national exchanges and up 20 business days for international exchanges from the receipt of your return to be processed.
- We will notify you once your return has been processed and your credit will be become a gift card.
