Domestic Orders: Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Pre-orders & custom made orders typically ship in 3-4 weeks. Orders are in transit business days only. Please note processing may take longer during Sale or Promotions depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with your stock, but due to demand, sometimes items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed.
International Orders: We ship internationally to all countries. Orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Please note processing may take longer during Sale or Promotions depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We currently offer DHL Express shipping on International orders ($40 shipping cost does not include customs fees/duties), which typically takes up to 4 business days in transit time after the order has been processed. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These duties and taxes are additional fees not included in the price of shipping at checkout. SUNALA SWIMWEAR is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. SUNALA is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

Can I change my order?
While we can't make changes to orders that have already been placed, we can cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped. A new order can then be placed with any necessary changes but we do not offer refunds at this time. Please contact us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
