Domestic Orders: Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Pre-orders & custom made orders typically ship in 3-4 weeks. Orders are in transit business days only. Please note processing may take longer during Sale or Promotions depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with your stock, but due to demand, sometimes items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed.

International Orders: We ship internationally to all countries. Orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Please note processing may take longer during Sale or Promotions depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We currently offer DHL Express shipping on International orders, which typically takes up to 4 business days in transit time after the order has been processed. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These duties and taxes are additional fees not included in the price of shipping at checkout. SUNALA SWIMWEAR is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

SUNALA is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit only on items in their original condition within 3 days from time of shipment (except on Sale items which are Final Sale). Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. We do not offer refunds at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sunala does not offer price adjustments on sale items.




Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Sunala has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned; products washed or worn will not be accepted.

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you’re shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored. Sunala strives to ensure the security and safety of its customers and reserves the right to reject any order which raises concern. If there appear to be irregularities regarding an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect their interests and ours.




We recommend hand washing your suit in cold water with the Laundress Delicate Wash or other gentle detergent. Leave out to dry under the shade. Do not put your suit in the washer or dryer. Our custom swim fabric is not treated with any harsh chemicals to make it resistant to stains or discoloring. As such, we do not recommend wearing our swimwear in hot tubs or any other heavily chlorinated water.



  • You cannot purchase an Online Gift Certificate with another Gift Certificate
  • If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card
  • If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored for your next purchase using the same Gift Certificate code.
  • Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates.
